Features
MyJSI features client-related educational and informational resources, the number and variety of which continue to grow. On the Regulatory Compliance page, we've added a host of hot-topic issues, such as video/cable; broadband ISP & VoIP; tariff development, bundling, and "alternative" offerings; USF-related filings and lifeline; and more. The "Heads-Up" section has become a popular gathering place for news, tips, and call-outs about developments of key consequence to clients from frontline JSI staff involved in much of the industry's deliberations. In addition, clients have access to:
- Latest information and updates about the FCC's rulemaking proceedings implementing the National Broadband Plan and JSI's role in the advocacy efforts to respond to some of the most dangerous proposals;
- Archives of JSI's e-Lerts and News & Commentary newsletters;
- Updates, announcements, and notices from JSI's Business Development and Financial/Settlements staff;
- LNP news and updates, as well as JSI staff's notices and tips, especially timely as clients adapt to the new "one-business-day simple-port era";
- Links to regulatory red light and certification status sites; and
- Copies of presentations made by JSI staff at national and state industry meetings.
As well, we've just added a helpful new service, NNCAR access, to our traditional line-up of online offerings:
- JSI's new NPA-NXX Code Activation Report (NNCAR) service allows subscribers to access up-to-date online listings of NANPA code openings for all LATAs or for those specifically selected by clients. For more information, contact Karen Hoffman (khoffman@jsitel.com) in the Network Services Division at 301-459-7590.
- JSI's Service Order Administration (SOA) service allows users to submit port orders online, and archives their online porting requests on our site. For more information, contact Karen Hoffman (khoffman@jsitel.com).
- JSI's online tariff service conveniently organizes both company-specific tariff filings and those for companies participating in the JSI tariff. For information on tariff hosting, contact Marty Kluh (mkluh@jsitel.com) at 301-459-7590, or Craig Cook (ccook@jsitel.com) at 512-338-0473.
We feel strongly that MyJSI gives us the opportunity to offer clients additional services and resources online and to strengthen our business partnership with you. JSI will continue to investigate potential applications that can be of benefit to clients, and we invite you to contact us with any suggestions or ideas you may have.
