JSI Introduces MyJSI

With Expanded Resources for Clients

Welcome to MyJSI, which combines our traditional suite of online services – port ordering, tariff posting and accounting/financial software information – with a number of informational resources available only to JSI's clients.

JSI clients wishing to sign up for an account for MyJSI should send an e-mail to myjsi@jsitel.com with the following information:

• Your name
• Your company's name, address, telephone and fax numbers
• Your company's parent company (if applicable)
• Your e-mail address
• Your title
• Your username request (5 or more characters)

Once your account has been set up, you'll receive an e-mail confirming your username and providing you with an initial password.  Clients who had usernames/passwords for our previous Clients-Only site and need to be reminded of their username or password should contact Brenda Cordwell (bcordwell@jsitel.com) or Chris Lehner (clehner@jsitel.com) in the Communications/PR Department, at 301-459-7590.

Features of MyJSI

MyJSI includes a number of educational and informational resources and will grow over time: Just added is "Heads-Up," a compilation of news and developments of key consequence to clients from frontline JSI staff involved in the deliberations and decision making.  In addition, clients have access to:

• Information about the timing and application process for the federal broadband stimulus loans and grants;
• Archives of JSI's e-Lerts and News & Commentary newsletters;
• Updates, announcements, and notices from JSI's Business Development, Regulatory, and Financial/Settlements staff;
• LNP news and updates, as well as JSI staff's client notices and tips; 
• Links to regulatory red light and certification status sites; and
• Copies of presentations made by JSI staff at national and state industry meetings.

As well, we continue to offer our three traditional online services:

• JSI's Service Order Administration (SOA) service allows users to submit port orders online, and archives their online porting requests on our site. For more information, contact Karen Hoffman (khoffman@jsitel.com) in the Network Services Division at 301-459-7590.

• JSI Solutions' online service provides its Accounting and Financial software clients with module documentation, news and updates. For more information, contact Derek Griffis (dgriffis@jsitel.com) at 301-459-7590.
